The core of every smart glass panel
This is the same PDLC core used inside laminated switchable glass. Glass processors sandwich it between glass layers with EVA or PVB interlayer, then wire the finished busbar edge. Our film is produced in a dust-free, thermostatic workshop to prevent the quality problems that only show up months later as haze or black dots.

Lamination process
- All temperatures are glass-surface temperatures - measure on the glass, not the oven air
- The diagram is a reference - adjust parameters to your EVA/PVB, glass thickness and autoclave or vacuum-bag setup
- If transparency is poor - raise the temperature or extend the hold time, then re-test with a small sheet

Do you supply PNLC in rolls?
Yes - PNLC film is available in 1.2 m max width, 0.26 mm thick, with 90% transmittance ON and 92% haze OFF. Contact us for current roll stock.
Can you finish the busbar on lamination film?
Yes. We can supply film with factory-finished busbar edges per your cutting list, so your line only handles lamination and wiring.
What is your minimum order?
One roll for stock grades; custom widths and PNLC from one roll up. Samples for line testing ship worldwide.
Which interlayer works best with your film?
Both EVA and PVB process well. Follow the reference lamination curve on this page, measure temperatures on the glass surface, and run a small test sheet before a full batch.
Can I order film pre-cut to my cutting list?
Yes - send your cutting list and we cut and finish the busbar edges per piece, so your line only laminates and wires. Uncut rolls are cheaper for high volume.
What lamination defects should we watch for?
Bubbles from out-gassing, haze from low temperature or short hold time, and black dots from dust. Our dust-free film and the reference curve on this page prevent most of them - we also review your first-batch results with you.
How is the film packed for shipping?
Rolls are wound on cores, wrapped, and packed in wooden crates with foam for sea or air freight. Each roll is batch-numbered for traceability.
Do you support sample runs for new lamination lines?
Yes - order a short roll or pre-cut sheets, laminate a test batch, and send us photos or a video call. Our engineers help you dial in temperature and pressure.

Smart film in sheet - finished
Pre-cut to your exact measurements, with busbars and lead wires factory-finished before shipping. Unpack, mount, connect a power transformer and test it straight away - a finished product, ideal for beginners and end users.
Smart film in roll - semi-finished
Supplied as raw roll without busbars. You cut to size and finish the busbars yourself - lower cost per square meter and maximum flexibility in sizing, which is why large buyers prefer it. It requires cutting and busbar-making skills; we provide full guidance for quantity customers.
